Fit great no issues for installation. Seems to have KnN type performance at a lower prices. Can't tell if there is much performance increase but mpgs have improved slightly on highway.

Too tight a fit?

Bought this for 2021 RAM 1500 Classic after verifying on Spectre website that it will fit. It is about 1/2" longer than OEM. I bought a K&N 'SA' filter before I realized it was not an oil filter but regular paper filter, it fit fine but returned it to get this one (didn't want a $60 paper filter). This one is so long that it bows at the ends to the point that there is a gap on both ends of the filter, if the air can get around the filter it defeats the purpose of having a filter. I am disappointed with the fit especial since K&N owns Spectre and I know their other filter fits. So they know the dimension, seems they are screwing with you so you buy the more expensive K&N oil filter.
