Did ̶N̶O̶T̶ come with "tip-over" protection device : Updated
By Shirley Crook on Reviewed in the United States on December 10, 2024
So this unit arrived today and I didn't waste any time unboxing and setting up to give it a test. The headline speaks for itself in that this unit boasts that it comes with an extra device that gets mounted to the tripod and add an extra layer of protection in the event that this thing gets knocked over. Instead it just has the standard cord coming directly out of the back of the heater. Not the biggest deal but you should be able to expect to get all the parts that are advertised. That said the tripod is decent and so far I'm impressed with the amount of heat this heater can generate. I still give it 4 stars because lets be real if this thing gets knocked over most likely its going to break the heating element and completely stop working. I really don't plan on this happening. I also mention that I have it on a tile floor that wouldn't be subject to catching fire.EDIT: Update so I got to thinking, hmm ...maybe the tip over protection is now built in. With the heater on L1 I decided to pick the unit up and rotate it and viola, the unit beeped and shut itself off. This is great but the images shown should probably be updated to avoid any further confusion for people. Anyways, updated to 5 stars.

Came broken yikes
By Ben Andrews on Reviewed in the United States on February 3, 2025
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, and I’m one of those people who typically just deals with it or returns the item without saying anything. But this experience was really frustrating, and I feel like I need to share. I spent a decent amount of time assembling the entire product, only to realize toward the end that one of the pieces—the side panel was broken. I was honestly shocked, especially after all the effort I put into getting it set up.What’s even more frustrating is the time and energy it’s going to take now to repack everything and return it. I really needed this item for this weekend, and I bought it specifically because of the fast delivery option. I thought that would mean I’d get a product that was in good condition and ready to use. But instead, I’m left with a broken item and no real solution in time for my plans. It’s just disappointing that what was supposed to be a quick, convenient purchase ended up being a hassle. Fast delivery shouldn’t mean receiving a damaged product. Yikes.
