Easy to install and operate, It charged my EV in 7.6 hours without making a big investment for updating my electric wiring and panel, the 30A is enough to do the job, and I'm very pleased with the product, its price, and its performance, I strongly recommend it !!

poor support on defective product

Very easy to use just plug in to car then press on button. Hardest part electrical hookup which due to a lack of information from dealership I found out I needed 32 amp charger but my panel needed a 40amp circuit breaker no I didn’t do this myself paid for an electrician very clean install and very simple charger all that I need simple me simple charger. UPDATE I bought this 12/09/2021 for a Kia Niro EV new it now has 5K miles this August the charge quite working intermittent charging and a very hot connection plug. going back and forth many photo etc they said their warranty is one year for a $400.00 charger be careful about them
