Great Customer Service!

I've had my Discovery DLS for two years now and absolutely love it. The seat warmer feature recently stopped working and I've been so pleased with Bemis/BioBidet customer service. They made the warranty repair super easy and fast. I shipped it to them Monday and it's already on its way back to me. Customer service has been responsive, fast, and friendly. Highly recommend!

Read the manufacturer's warranty carefully

The manufacturer's warranty terms give them the choice to repair or replace. In practice they always choose repair, and they aren't good at repairing, and they don't guarantee they will pay for return shipping. By purchasing this you run the risk of ending up without a toilet seat for a fair portion of the time, or with an overpriced seat warmer.
