Nice kit - worked great.The peel was a little flimsy, but it still worked for me.Best with pre-made frozen pizzas, but OK for fresh made dough.The only complaint I have is how the thermometer was installed.It required removing ALL the tiny screws ? It should be easier to install.IN fact, I don't even recommend screwing it in - just pop it in the hole.It works well enough.

A little bit of a challenge to rearrange my grills grates and burners when I want to use this. Doesn’t get nearly as hot as a pizza oven should . Have had a few successful attempts, but have gone back to cooking my pizza inside. Just easier and more consistent.
