OK, but air bubbles are a disappointment

These are pretty decent ice packs. The size provides the right balance for the duration of coldness during use, and re-freeze time. I'm using them on lower back, and am disappointed that every pack has a large air bubble in it. That makes an insulating layer of inefficiency in both lying and sitting positions. I have a different pack from another company with no air bubbles which works much better even though it is smaller.
