Great affordable power station

I've been using my PAXCESS 500w power station for about 9 months now. I definitely recommend this product. Some random details:
- I charge up using a 120W 18V solar panel, and I see ~105W of charging on the display. This is in full sun in New England, but without messing around much with getting the perfect angle.
- You cannot use the AC outlet while the battery is charging. This is kind of a bummer since I was hoping I could use this as an inline backup for a reptile heater if the power goes out, but it's not really that big of a deal overall.
- It can charge from AC and the PD port at the same time, making it charge up very quickly if you have access to wall power.
Overall great product. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Terrible!! Doesn’t work!!

We have tried numerous times to get this to work properly including contacting the seller whom continues to ask for “videos” of what is wrong. We have sent them and never had a response. It should not be hard to push a button and get this to work accordingly. It works when it wants to but never more than 1 plug. It’s always charged 100% and still doesn’t take anything we plug in. It is absolutely junk! We’ll stick to old school generators from now on! Requesting and immediate refund!
