Good light weight pressure washer. Great customer service.
By SLK on Reviewed in the United States on February 2, 2021
This is an inexpensive pressure washer for home use. I’ve only used it once, but during that use I found it to be what I need. The hose is a little stiff, I might replace it with something more pliable. Also, it is lightweight so one must be careful to not tip it over. Having said that, it is of course not industrial weight but I think you’ll be happy with it if you know what you’re getting in advance. If you want high end, heavy duty, industrial, this is not the one you want. Light duty home use I think this is a great one. I do want to come in their customer service. I had a minor issue which they resolved very quickly. I would recommend doing business with this company based on what I have seen so far, and the washer meets my needs. March 2022 *UPDATE* My review last year was based on limited use at that time and a quick response from the seller to a problem. Now, I have another year of ownership and have to say I am disappointed. First, how often does the typical homeowner use a power washer? For me, not often, but certainly want it to work properly and last a reasonable amount of time. I have used it maybe 2 - 3 times since my review and the last time I did, it made an odd noise and lost pressure. I turned around and saw water spraying from the side - an evident crack in the housing near the connection from the pump to the spray wand. I am no longer in the return window and Amazon says I need to contact the seller directly for warranty issues. It is still in the 2 year warranty window, but no response. I have to revise my recommendation and join the many who say don't buy it. Even though I have had it about 15 months, I have only used it 6 times at most. Pictures attached.

This power washer has a manufacturing defect which causes a fitting to leak, rendering it useless!!!
By Joseph Bermudez on Reviewed in the United States on August 16, 2023
I purchased this power washer 7/28/2022. I used it 3 times last year, and was pleased with how it worked. I went to use on 7/14/2023 and after a few minutes it started gushing water out of one of the fittings. I contacted Amazon 2 weeks later and they said to get in contact with the seller, Tresutopia. I was not able to contact seller. I found out reading other customers' reviews that this is a common problem with these power washers. Many customers have posted pictures just like mine, showing the same fitting leaking. When I didn't hear back from seller, I sent emails to manufacturer WestForce. All emails were returned with "Mailbox Full" messages and eventually emails were returned with "Address does not exist' messages. That email address came from the User Manual that came with the product. The User Manual also states that the product had 24 month warranty from date of purchase. I have been a fan of Amazon and Prime for years now, but I am very disappointed in how they handled this. They are selling a defective product on their website and are doing nothing to support the customer. I was told by Amazon there was nothing they could do and I would have to deal with seller. Who can help me when the seller and manufacturer (who warranties the product for 2 years) are non-existant? SHAME ON YOU AMAZON!!
