I purchased this for my shop. I have been wanting to get one for years and this one looks like it will not let me down. It is very heavy with a heavy well mount that works great. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Stopped working after less than 10 times.

I bought this product in 2021 for my new shop. By the time I finally finished my shop and got the hose reel up it was 2023. I used the hose reel less than 10 times before the spring stopped working and no longer winds up the hose. I contacted support and the best they would do is give me 10% off on another one. I am a contractor and am very mechanically inclined. This product was a dud and the company won't stand behind it. If this review is still up that is proof the company hasn't resolved my issue. It's not like it was heavily used for 3 years, it was used less than 10 times.
