Similar design to many others, but cheaper for a reason.

This is my second pair of knee pads with the same design. I assumed they all came from one manufacturer, but have learned that isn't the case. These are a little smaller than the more expensive options that look the same. This means they aren't as stable on uneven surfaces and tend to shift around on the knee more.
