I had the manual roll-up storage. I'm in my sixties with two bad shoulder and arthritis....Life is good now. Quality product. They were a little pricey but have paid off in pain relief.

Item was purchased 1 year ago and was used maybe a total of 10 times. the locking mechanism just snapped and stopped working. Contacted the seller to see if something could be done and the response was contact the manufacturer. No manufacturer available to contact... i dont even think the seller knows who it is. Do not buy this item. Cheaply made you will be horribly disappointed 1000000%
