I love this fan!!! We recently moved to a new home and there was an old, ugly fan in the living room area that had to go. After a lot of research I finally landed on this fan and I am so glad I did. The size is amazing and fills our space nicely and the fan itself looks so nice and modern, The colors go perfectly with my multi tone grey flooring. The fan is very strong and moves a lot of air. The remote works perfectly and the price is a huge bonus. I was able to catch the fan on sale and saved even more. I love this fan and I am so happy with our purchase!

Part was not manufactured correctly

I am a mechanical engineer and usually have an easy time with ceiling fan installation. In this case, there was the support bracket, which allows the fan blades to be screwed into, was not tap to accept the screws…. No problem, I can tap the screws myself with my tap set and return back to my installation nightmare. But my wife talked to Amazon customer service and they said they would ship out a replacement fan quickly, at no charge, and we did not have to return the fan back to UPS- and Amazon. Fast forward, 30 days later, Amazon hits my debit card for a full fan replacement , ouch….. That’s double the price or over 500$ for one working ceiling fan. Why would Amazon say not to return the fan, and then charge you for that same fan they told you not to worry about returning it…. Upset we are…… We would have return the fan but they said not to. Now on the phone with Amazon customer care to complain……
