This briefcase solar panel is so good. Way better than my last "300 watt" panel. Lightweight, storage bag, and puts out close to rated wattage.

Didn't work out of the box, customer service is a cell phone

Purchased based on reviews. Did not operate out of the box and no instructions included. Sometimes stuff happens so I reached out via phone to ACOPOWER and got a cell phone voicemail box of some person who did not even mention the name ACOPOWER. Returning. I don't want to purchase solar panels from someone who seems to be running a business out of their garage.
