I have these in all my gun safes. I change them out once a week and I like that they are rechargeable. This particular item doesn't come with the rechargeable base, you'll have to buy that separately. I recommend this to all my friends who have gun safes. They don't use up much room in the safe, absorb any moisture in the air and last a long time is there is very little to no moisture at all. They take about 2 hours to recharge. Once they are no longer orange, I place them on the charger and the charger will stop after 2 hours and it will be orange again.

No problem with the stock ones that come with the base and are grey but this one the bottom came off so is cheap or a knock off!
