I bought 9 of these for a tiny house project. After 3 months, four of them have broken and had to be replaced. I am replacing the other five just to be cautious. They will be thrown in the trash and I will eat the $900 loss because I surpassed the return time while my houses were being built. A tab in the latch broke making it impossible to open the door. Very cheap construction and I would never buy this again.
