I have a lot of hue lights in my house, probably 40 - 50 so it made sense to upgrade my outside lighting to the hue system! They are very bright and colors are awesome! They’re very easy to connect to the hue hub! If you’re looking to improve the looks and an outside light, get these with no regrets! They’re very art deco and looks good with my cape cod / farmhouse style! They’re very easy to install, I even did these myself! I had a couple for my other house (rental) and I had to have them installed by an electrician due to the siding on the house itself!

It isn’t worth the money.

These lights look ok but what you’re really paying for is the bulb. Unfortunately, the bulb is disappointing. I replaced two porch lights with these Hue lights. The light is very weak with both lights producing less illumination than one of my 11 watt led bulbs from before. Had I known this, I never would have purchased them. Given the price, you’re better off to get a regular fixture with an off brand WiFi bulb.
