Could not get it to work. Followed the directions to the word step for step. Gas adjustment knob was defective before we got to use it. Customer service actually reached out to me and offered to make it right completely free. I would purchase products from them again. A++++

Arrived , I put it together and it will not stay lit. It is pointless. The company now wants me to pack it up for them after I had to put their defective product together and bring it to an event where it did not work. This means I have to take it apart and find boxes that it will fit in. Ridiculous.
