When I opened it up to use it, there was no charging cord. I contacted the company and they told me I’d have to buy one. I bought one and made sure it heated it up, but when I actually started to use and put in glue sticks they would not melt. I contacted Amazon and returned for a refund and the company charged me $4.00+ for restocking fee! They are going to restock a defective glue gun???? This seller was a pain to work with, cost me time and money and I’m still out $4+ for restocking fee 😡 I do not recommend this seller!
