Absolutely love this heater!

I had wanted to replace our table top patio heater for a long time- we were going through propane like crazy. On our new East Oak, we love the timer (I always forgot to turn the old one off), love the USB charger, love the remote control, love the three heat settings. It looks great too. My only complaint is that the electronic beep when changing settings should be about half the loudness it is, but now I'm nit picking. Very pleased.

The heater didn’t work and after sending pictures and videos to East Oak with no response. I complained to Amazon and finally got a response from them and they said they would replace it. A month later, after I had to followup, East Oak said it was discontinued and they would send another model. WEEKS later I received the replacement and it worked for ten minutes and stopped working. They said they would reimburse me. I’ll see if I receive the reimbursement. I will not buy an East Oak product again. Meanwhile it is winter and I’m COLD.
