UPDATE TO BELOW REVIEW:I notified the seller who responded very quickly. After a few questions were answered, they determined it was the adapter and sent new one at no charge. That fixed the Minions!Extremely happy with the item and the customer serviceWe opened the box yesterday ( bought in October) to set up our Christmas display. It went together easily and inflated with no trouble. We had it on for about four hours. The next afternoon we turned it on again and nothing. We looked up and followed the. troubleshooting instructions. There’s no sound from the motor and no indication it’s working. Tgeres no way to return it on Amazon so all I can do is call Gemmy and hope for the best. My husband has wanted this since 2022 so I’m buying another and keeping my fingers crossed Gemmy refunds me.
