Very easy to install and worked perfectly! Beautiful! We love the digital lock. Never even use our key anymore! How did we live without this! Please ignore the fingerprints! I took this pix before finishing the project. It doesn't show fingerprints. A raccoon was so impressed with our job, it left its pawprint, too.

Defective such a Pain

I ordered this door lock 3 times and all three have been defective it is such and inconvenience to keep having to return and wait for it to be delivered… I contacted Amazon support and they referred me to the seller tried calling several times with no luck … i just want someone to call me with a resolution this is not right and no support from the seller nor Amazon not a good experience 😒
