The NUUK pizza cart is sturdy and very easy to put together, but mostly I give it 5 stars because of the customer service. When I took mine out of the box the stainless steel top was bent in one corner so badly that it would not fit into place. I noticed the box was damaged in one corner so it happened during shipment. It was a weekend so I sent an email with some pictures instead of calling Customer Service. I received a response promptly on Monday saying that the replacement is being shipped. Received the new top on Tuesday vis FedEx and I was grilling that evening. I used to say that every company encounters defects and the measurement is not how many, it's how it responds to them...5 stars to NUUK.

Misaligned holes

Either the Instructions or the labeling of parts were off and caused misalignment with the most critical step in setting up the legs/foundation. The nail threads were shaving and left metal scraps everywhere while using a Philips screwdriver, as instructed. Lastly the holes did not align and the shelves brace bar were off about half an inch to an inch making it impossible. I read and searched for days end and came to the conclusion of this cart oven. Unfortunately I had to pack it up and return it. It was practically unbuildable.. bummer
