Great riding mover jack/lift I never knew I need it!

I was having a hard time changing blades for my riding mower and decided to try this 300lb capacity jack/lift and this thing works so well. Most of the parts are already out together, just need to tighten up a few screws and ready to use. It was easy to lift the mover and easy to lower the jack. The most important part is there’re safety bar locks that will lock into place so that put me at ease. Overall a great buy!

The package arrived with a large hole in the cardboard packaging. The major parts are fine, but the hardware kit is missing, so I cannot assemble the unit. I emailed Pro-lift through the customer service option on Amazon, but I never heard from them. Poor customer service. I have no idea how the unit works, but I would not recommend it based on customer service.
