Great trailer dolly for doing what it was designed for
By Will S on Reviewed in the United States on February 18, 2025
This trailer dolly is exactly what I wanted. Is it just like moving a trailer with a truck? Of course not. There are things it won't do, but it will move a trailer on a flat surface with relative ease. I've had this dolly for about a month and a half now, and been able to move 4 or 5 of my trailers with it. Unfortunately, I have not had my largest/heaviest trailer, a 14' dump trailer, at my home since I got this dolly so haven't had a chance to try moving it. It does move the cargo trailer, the 2 horse trailer, the 3 horse trailer and the 4 horse trailer with ease. It also had no problem moving the trailer we use to put our truck camper in the garage with the camper on it. (This was the impetus for purchasing the dolly in the first place.) Our yard is relatively flat and has lots of concrete driveway. Unfortunately it is anything but a straight shot as we have to wind our way around a large "S" curve just getting trailers in the back yard, then even more curving to get in the detached garage/barn. Although it is difficult to turn trailers sharply with this dolly because the large wheels contact the tongue of the trailer when turned at a sharp angle, it will turn enough that with some back and forth the trailer can be wrangled into the desired spot. I have noticed that if the trailer goes off the concrete and onto the lawn or into the dirt this dolly has a hard time getting it back on the concrete. It does not like off-roading and I suspect that the heavier the trailer, the more difficulty it will have in this area. It also does not like going over bumps of much significance. In both cases the engaged wheels on the dolly will lose traction and spin. The trailer brake feature works very well and keeps the trailer from running away with the dolly when you wish it would stay still. The most difficult thing I've found with it is changing the ball every time I want to move a trailer with a different sized coupler. Not that it's hard, but when shifting multiple trailers at the same time I have to unscrew the ball and screw another on, then repeat when going back to the first trailer. (I know, big time first world problem.) If you want one of these I do suggest waiting for a sale. When I purchased it was fairly expense, the day it arrived I came back to Amazon to see that it was on sale for $800 less than I paid 3 weeks earlier. If not for the hassle of shipping it freight I would have sent it back and reordered. Overall, I'm glad I bought this trailer dolly and will use it often.

Slow! slow and does not work as promised and weak
By Eduardo RaGo on Reviewed in the United States on April 3, 2025
It's very slow, the trailer doesn't turn, it almost falls over, and the battery drains very quickly. Just one RV park, it’s garbage for me. Slow, it doesn't work as promised, and it's weak.
