Great Power Station Fremo 662wh
By madeline on Reviewed in the United States on October 19, 2024
Updated Review: After seven months using it daily to charge phones, lights, tablets and everything usb rechargeable, i can honestly say thing power station really does work amazingly. I definitely do recommend. This is a very good power station. So far I have to say it is a good power station at a very reasonable price. It looks so good you can even use it any where in your home. Most importantly, it has a large wh and watt and mah capacity. It charges your devices very quickly and can charge many at a time. Has the Type C charge port and USB Ports. At least three of each. The removable light it comes with works ok. I do like that it can be removed and used independently. The information display is easy to read and lets you know how much power you are using and have available. It charges quickly by wall plug, however, it TAKES FOREVER to charge via solar panel. So, a way around that is to keep it connected to a solar panel during the day. It does have "pass through" charging. Also, if you do not let it go below 80%, solar recharging will, then, not take so long. -You can use it while it solar charges. It will work for just about anything that is usb powered/rechargeable. Great for outdoor activities, camping, and power outages ir anywhere where there is not electrical outlet. So, far I do find it to be a very well made and useful product. IT USES LIFEPO4 BATTERIES which are safer and have a longer life. Tip: not allowing your station to go below 25% power before recharging, will extend the battery life. This applies to most rechargeable batteries and devices. I will update as time goes by... Would buy again.

The charge port is a bit loose and bad customer service
By intouch on Reviewed in the United States on August 31, 2024
I got it yesterday and the battery was at 30% so I plugged it in for the whole night, I notice that the battery was off and when I power it on, it was only at 51%. When I was unplugging it, it started charging again.. Not sure if its the port itself or the power adapter. I have to nudge it a little for it to charge constantly. If its left plugged in, it would not always charge. I will test it with the adapter and my solar panels but my solar panels uses 7909 so it will take a few days to check that out. Edit 1: Tested and found that it's the power port problem. I tested 3 different adapter. Edited 2: Terrible customer service experience. I left a message on Saturday and got back a message on Sunday to call them. So I did and got a message they are off on Sunday so I called on Tuesday after labor day Monday. I talked to customer service and did some trouble shooting then they said I needed to talk to a technical staff or manager and that they will call me back next day. I waited 2 days and still no callback so I called them again. The phone went straight to busy signal. So I contacted them through message on Amazon. Didn't get a reply so I contacted Amazon to let them know and next day they called me back. Did some same troubleshooting then transferred me to a manager which I told him the same stuff again. Then they asked if I want a replacement or refund which at this point, I do not want to touch this with a10 foot pole so I opted for refund.
