Works great, no problems. I charge to full, then unplug charger and battery from charger for safety. Don't rely on the BMS in the charger or battery to maintain it. Be safer. The charger that comes with the scooters is smaller so we keep that for travel use and this one for permanent placement in garage.

Does not charge LandWorks which Tech support claimed it does.

I have a LandWorks battery. Tech support says this is a universal charger and should charge the LandWorks.The charger was misplaced and it is impossible to get a replacement from LandWorks.LandWorks and Super Handy are subsidiaries of Great Circle Products.They are physically the same externally and the LandWorks fits in the super handy charger perfectly.The reason I tried this is b/c a poster said it would work and while it fits physically,it does not charge the LandWorks battery.It may be fine for the Super Handy battery, IDK.
