EAST OAK 12" Outdoor Pizza Oven w/ Rotating Stone

Got this to replace another brand’s oven that never really got hot enough for good pizza. Had this set up and fired up in 5 minutes flat. Really stylish design and great fit and finish…it feels Sturdy. The pellets got to temp in about 10 minutes and we made a series of small personal pizzas over about two hours but just adding more pellets in the back. Through trial and error we learned that the dough cooks really fast once the stone and top are at full temp, so slow spinning of the manual dial helped for evenly toasted crusts. It’s pretty shocking how quickly the pizzas cook once you get going. The metal parts in back and stove pipe get HOT, but the dials and pellet feeder handle do not. We finished up with roasting asparagus and corn as the heat came down and they were smoky and perfect. You can see in the pics it was raining, but it didn’t seem to penetrate the oven.
