Cute but flawed

I collect nutcrackers, so I thought this might be a nice addition because it is very different in style from my other nutcrackers. Although this isn't a real nutcracker (it doesn't have the hinged mouth that opens), it's still cute. But my issue is with the quality of the painting on the piece. There are clearly visible spots where the paint job is sloppy. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be adding this to my collection.
