It won't fit the sun joe mower

Does not fit inside the sun joe mower since it's quite a bit larger as you can see in my photo. Also does not fit many of my other sun joe tools. I learned a valuable lesson today. I shared this review so you don't have to learn it the hard way too. Hit the thumbs up for the next person. I gave the battery 4 stars because it's probably a great battery. It even has a USB C port. I just cant use it on any of my sun joe tools except the blower. Not sun Joe's fault but again I think that should be made way more clear in the listing. It's twice the size of the standard battery and sold as a variation of the standard battery which it is not.

Terrible Batteries from Snow Joe

Update 12/19/2024: These batteries are garbage. I'm flat out giving it 1 star. No more chances. The battery I purchased from Amazon won't charge anymore. The replacement Snow Joe sent is also dead. AND one of the original batteries is dead now too. So out of a total of 6 batteries, 2 are still working. I don't want to deal with getting another replacement from Snow Joe again. There aren't any off brand 24V/12A batteries. I may just try an off brand lower amp battery just to get something to work. I SO regret purchasing this Snow Joe snowblower.Original post: Putting it kindly, Snow Joe's batteries are problematic. In December 2023, I purchased one of Snow Joe's heavy duty battery-powered snowblowers at a steeply discounted price (red flag?). It came with 4 of the 24V/12Ah batteries, and one of them was defective. Customer support informed me they did not have battery replacements in stock, so I'd either have to wait or send the entire unit back for a replacement. Not wanting to go through the effort and now being skeptical of getting 4 good batteries with a replacement, I opted to wait. 2 months later, batteries were still not available so I decided to order one from Amazon so I could have a functional snowblower. The battery I received was good and appeared new.The struggle, however, continued with Snow Joe customer support. Finally in July, I contacted them yet again and was told batteries were available, but only because I realized they were being sold on the website. CS failed to notify me of this. I was sent a replacement battery that looked used and just seemed dead. It did nothing when I put it on the charger. After some back and forth, I was told the replacement battery required a different charger which they eventually sent me (free of charge), and it did charge.From many of the reviews I've seen, Sun Joe needs to do much better quality control on their batteries. I had previously bought Snow/Sun Joe non-battery products which performed well for the price. After this experience though, I won't be purchasing anything else from them.
