PARIS RHONE Meat Thermometer 2 Probes

This is a great kitchen tool! I was initially skeptical of the need for two probes, but I soon realized that I often cooked two different meats at once. Or two steaks, one rare and one medium well. These fill the bill. I checked them against an instant read, higher end thermometer and the accuracy is as claimed. They hold a charge for a long time, as does the base/holder. It also charges the probes without being plugged in. One thing you must keep in mind is that the base must be kept within about 10 feet of the probes since it acts as a relay between them and your phone/tablet. The range from the base to your phone/tablet is over 250’ barring any solid obstructions. The AI Cooking app is free to download from Google Play or the Apple App Store and is very easy to set up and use. You sync each probe individually and monitor each one separately. The app has a number of features and automatic settings. I can think of nothing that has been left out of this valuable kitchen tool. I use it a lot in my smoker and it is invaluable. Oh, you can't use it in the microwave. A brilliant product at a great price!
