Quality rain gauge, quality materials, and the large numbers make it easy to read from a distance. Being able to look out and see the red stick floating with the giant numbers is nice! Painted the top to match my post caps as well, looks great!

Something isn’t right

I bought this along with a different kind from the same company. This one I placed in the railing of my back deck which is out in the open and the other I stick in the top of a fence post which is also out in the open. As you can see in the pictures the last big rain we had, there was a full inch difference between the two. So, which one is right?
