I’ve had this product for quite a few months. Bought because I was having issue w my mobility van. I needed a jump start box that had enough power to start a big diesel engine. This has worked perfectly. I love that I don’t need another equally big vehicle and jumper cables to jump my van. It is great. I keep it in my van and I take it out to plug it into a power source every month or two. Holds a charge nicely and is always ready to work when needed.

Worked twice and now it won't turn on. Of course I'm 3 months in and it informs me I'm past the deadline for returns. The screen will not light up at all unless it's on the charger at which point it immediately says it's at 100%. But as soon as the USB charger is disconnected, the screen goes dead and you cannot turn it on at all. Gator clamps measured with a multimeter show about 5vdc (not the 12v needed. I've relayed this to the seller and I will revise my star rating if they respond and provide some solution. This isn't a super expensive unit, but I expected more than a few months lifespan!
