Nice choice for an affordable pool vacuum

I rarely write reviews but felt I should on this one. I had purchased a battery powered unit first from another vendor which didn't work right. I reluctantly tried this unit. The first one sadly wouldn't power on but their customer service team was so helpful for me. Quick responses to my emails and quick hardware swap once we determined the first unit was dead on arrival. The second unit arrived and powered up immediately. It does a great job on our Intex 18' round pool. I didn't have high expectations but after using it, it really cleans the bottom of the pool well. Would buy again in the future if needed.

Broke down just after 90 days.

I ordered this product in June to vacuum the pool. Thought it had great price decent reviews. It worked great until just past 90 days. I wrote the company 2 times in the past month. No replies at all.
