PARRIOR S008 4V Cordless Screwdriver

Very unhappy with Parrior. I ordered a cordless screwdriver which is supposed to have a 4-level torque control on the device. The item I received was not a functionable screwdriver. It did not work and the torque control part was missing. It appears that there was a major manufacturing problem. I politely emailed Parrior and asked for a replacement. I also explained that if they provided me with an email address I would send them a photo of the device. I received no response. To make things worse, it is my understanding that Amazon will not accept a return of the item because it is defective and includes a lithium battery. So I'm out my entire cost.
