One of our mechanics is a big boy at over 240 pounds and he had no trouble using this. In fact, he said it's the best creeper he's used. His weight didn't cause any issues with the casters so his movements were smooth.

Don't order unless you're floors are flat as glass.

I was excited to put this American mare product to the test. Out of the box, there's a fair amount of assembly. All 6 casters required 4 bolts, washers, nuts, and bushings. Not the end of the world, but don't expect to start wrenching for at least 30 minutes after unboxing. The big issue for me was the lack of a headrest. I didn't much of it till the first time I crept under one of our trucks. When you.put your head back and look ahead of where the creeper is going, every imperfection of your floor is sending jolts directly to your head. I own a few creepers, and never gave the small amount of padding behind the head much thought. My shop floors are pretty smooth, and it still bothered me.
