Pretty easy setup. We just stapled the top section to our wood siding (make sure you have it facing the right direction before setup, or words and numbers will be backwards). It was the perfect size to fit on our exterior fireplace wall. The instructions on getting the app to work were confusing. You have to search for their company name, listed in the instructions, in the App Store then load it. It is so much better than the remote. You have to be right next to it for the remote to work. Quite a few fun ones to choose from already loaded.

Can’t extend multiple into one scene

I bought one on another site then when I downloaded the app I saw you can create a group where you can make an extended scene. So I ordered two more sets. Got them all set up and even though that is an option in the app, it won’t let you extend them, the lights never show up under that option, just the sync option. Huge letdown
