The screw that attached the door handle was bent in nearly a U shape. I was unable to fasten the handle leaving the handle a dangling eye sore. Once fully assembling the product, I realized that there were no lava rocks in the box. I checked the product description and it says lava rocks are included. I did however, find an empty taped up box that I assume the lava rocks were supposed to be in. I haven't even gotten a chance to use the product yet and already ran into so many issue
