Works great

I was looking for a snow blower that would not run on gas as I don't have an outside storage area. I would be storing it in my house. I went with this one based off of reviews as well as ease of use. I am in the Midwest and we got hit with a lot of snow as well as an artic chill. Today is the first day for our temps going up into the double digits. I get a lot of snow drifts as I live in a corner house. I made sure to spray the auger as well as the chute with wd40. This machine cut right through all of that with no issue. Some areas were 4" deep and other parts of my walkway were close to 12" of snow. The snow is still powdery due to the near zero temps we had. I'm not sure how this will handle heavier wet snow. I will update my review when I have the chance to use it in that element. So far I am happy with this purchase.

Downgrade, not an upgrade

I purchased this 21 inch snow blower as an upgrade to my electric 18 inch, but boy is it not an upgrade. It has low power, it does not remove snow cleanely, it smells like it's burning out, it is weak and does not last long, it is extremely tough to use and hard to push, and it is annoyingly loud. I thought this would help me clear snow, but I'm using just as much effort as if I was shoveling. Do not buy this model, find a different company!
