The preheat time in the description is pretty accurate and the battery life has been awesome too ive had it for a little over a month and use it nearly everyday! The only negative I could think of is, as far as performance goes, the glue flow isn't very fast so it's great for small projects. However if you're looking something with a high glue out-put this might not be your best option. Other then that is very portable and convenient! It's high quality and worth the buy!

I know used glue sticks provided. Within 3 months of using I could no longer feed glue sticks in. I contacted the company with NO RESPONSE! Do not buy.
