Absolutely terrible product that fails at its most basic function - securing a door. Despite being marketed as the "2025 New Version," this smart lock feels like outdated technology with numerous critical flaws. The Wi-Fi connectivity is completely unreliable. It constantly drops connection, making the remote access feature through the app essentially useless. I've spent countless hours troubleshooting, resetting, and reconnecting, only to have it fail again within days. The app itself is poorly designed with an unintuitive interface and frequent crashes. When it does work, there's a concerning lag between commanding the lock and actual operation - sometimes taking up to 30 seconds to respond, which is unacceptable for home security. Battery life is another major disappointment. Despite claims of long-lasting performance, the batteries needed replacement after just two weeks of normal use. The low battery warnings come far too late, nearly resulting in being locked out of my own home. The physical build quality is equally disappointing. The keypad buttons feel cheap and sticky, and the finish began showing wear within days of installation. The "IP65 Waterproof" claim is questionable at best - after a light rain, moisture had clearly penetrated the housing. Installation was a nightmare due to vague instructions and poorly machined parts that didn't align properly with my standard door. Customer service was unresponsive when I reached out for help. Save your money and security - this smart lock is anything but smart. I'm replacing it immediately with a more reliable option from an established brand.
