Item was purchased and returned. The handles are not preinstalled. The screws provided did not have enough bite for the slot (not hole) in the handle which leads to the handle pulling off of the basket with a very small amount of force. The baskets are useless by themselves as they are not heavier than water. This is really bad for a pool where they could float and then sink when the pumps are on. In my opinion this was either not designed or manufactured correctly. The metal hook seems OK, but I never wanted that as part of the bundle.
