Pleasantly Surprised

I bought this based on the inexpensive price compared to other patio umbrellas and I'm pleasantly surprised. Easy to put together, just one click. It's quite sturdy as well. I bought the red one, and the color is quite bright and vivid. They day after I bought this, it rained, and you can tell it's water resistant. Very happy with this.

Customer service lacking

I like the quality of this umbrella. However, I contacted customer support because incorrect parts were provided for the base. Although customer service responded, basically they told me I am wrong. I have decided to keep both pieces as I believe I can make it work. However, I would not recommend purchase solely because of lack of assistance.
