Fungus Fly's Worst Nightmare

I made the mistake of potting houseplants with an outdoor compost blend. We ended up with fungus flies in about 25% of our house plants. This thing really helped diminish the adult population. Those things were in our beverages, trying to fly in our noses, and just generally annoying. In addition to some nematodes, we've really put a dent in them. I love this thing so much I bought a second one. I think it lasts about 3 days on a single charge. Well worth it if you truly have a small flying insect issue.

I got one fruit fly

I've had this on my counter for 3 or 4 days now. We have a fruit fly infestation and a lot of house flies. It only seemed to attract one fruit fly that got stuck. Otherwise, none of the flies seem interested in it. Total bummer. I ended up making a vinegar trap for the fruit flies and that has helped some. I just went on a fly swatting murdering spree for the house flies and killed at least 8 yesterday. I was really hoping this would work, but no such luck.
