Very nice clamps. These clamps from Microjig are well suited for a variety of clamping needs. They have a strong holding force and can be used to clamp track for track-saws, circular saw guides, aluminum channel and projects of all types. They were slightly smaller than expected however where they lack in size they make up in performance. The more you use these clamps for a variety of tasks you will come to realize that the engineers hit a home run and the overall size is perfect. These are a great addition for any wood working or craft hobbyist. Buy a set or 2 you won’t regret it.

I bought these because I’m a big fan of the stuff Microjig makes…picked them up about two months ago. Their system of dovetailing is pretty great. Unfortunately one of the clamps no longer works the way it should… I start clamping pieces down but after a couple securing squeezes it just won’t tighten anymore. I squeeze the handle but don’t get any more tightening. I think something might be off with the “brake” on this one because in addition to squeezing and getting no more tension I can freely slide the clamp back without using the release. Microjig makes great stuff but I think one of the clamps I got is a lemon… what a bummer.
