I wear this wrist support regularly to ease stress from repetitive movement. It is easy to put on. I appreciate the little spot of velcro that stabilizes it before the final wrap is in place, it helps tremendously to get just the right fit. The adjustable quality of this wrap makes it so I could wear it a bit higher or lower on my wrist. I feel like that quality is useful considering that we are not all shaped the same and have varying comfort needs. It is simple, straightforward and gives me the light support that my wrist needs.
