Efficient with water, but suffers in performance.

This shower head looks great and has a great modern and minimalist design. It does what it claims in terms of its water efficiency. However, as a result of this, the water stream performance suffers and does not feel the same as those with higher flow. The individual streams are so tiny and are delivered at such a high pressure that it stings when contacting your skin. At the same time, it's not enough water to apply enough movement and force to rinse you off cleaning. It's hard to describe, but it just doesn't feel like it's performing as well as regular shower heads.
