This is a decent gauge/inflator, just not a great one. The plastic housing gets the job done, but doesn't inspire confidence in long life. Likewise, the plastic surrounding the gauge makes you wonder why they didn't make this out of rubber to absorb shocks, as most such gauges do. The chuck doesn't "grab" the valve stem tightly enough by itself to keep pressure, so you have to use one hand to hold it against the stem to ensure inflation. This is a great idea that suffers from cutting too many corners in manufacturing. It's probably all right for topping off tires in the garage but I wouldn't want to depend on it for frequent use.
