Smart RGBICW LED Corner Floor Lamp

Update 7/20/25: Customer service reached out to me after my review, apologizing for the negative experience and offering to replace or refund me for the lamp. They followed up when they didn’t need to and were really communicative to a degree I appreciated. I’m still leaving 2 stars off because the app is so shabby which does very much limit functionality, but given a) ease of assembly b) really nice appearance c) great customer service, I don’t think it’s a bad option. It’s possible that some part of my lamp was damaged in the mail. Original review: Pros: easy to assemble, looked nice for the brief time it worked Cons: the app you need to use it straight up does not work. It shows options which you are not able to scroll to on your phone, and the options which you can click on and drag are inconsistent, making it extremely annoying to adjust. Already that makes this lamp only borderline functional. I was irritated but it was still usable, until one day it straight up stopped working. No flickering, no obvious physical issues with the cord, it just stopped turning on. That's absurd for something I only had about a month and a half.
