The installation was incredibly simple. The wall-mounted hose reel with its 180° turn is a brilliant design. It allows me to reach every corner of my garden effortlessly and without uncomfortable jerks. The slow return mechanism is wonderful, it is gently stored without bumps or entanglements, which is a relief. The quality of the hose is exceptional. With its 5/8 inches x 90 feet, it has the perfect length for my needs, and it feels robust and durable. The 9-pattern nozzle is another plus point; it is super versatile and allows me to choose the ideal type of jet for every task, from watering delicate flowers to cleaning with more pressure. So, I’m really not understanding this thing. I had to get the most uncommon drillbit in order to drill through the brick on my home, and when I did and got it leveled and installed the thing keeps opening back up, like it won’t stay flush with the wall. Now, if that wasn’t enough, they give you the cheapest hose on the planet I mean, like if you let it droop down then it depends, and since I have it installed on the side of my home, the hose that connects to the faucet as it connects to the real, so I don’t expect this to last very long and I’m not really understanding how we got the reviews that it got so to me. This is something that is best installed on a 6 x 6. That is the only way your hose won’t be kinked. So the retractable in where the garden nozzle connects to roots down, it means right? The hose that connects to the faucet and connect to the unit if it closes against a flat it bends!
