I've been working out my right arm since I was fourteen, and I'm proud of my 71 inches worth of mighty bicep. I'm thankful for my River Cottage Gardens Conjunto Armchair, because it's the only thing that can support my powerful 71" wide right arm.
When I'm not busy arm wrestling or opening pickle jars for cash, I like to rest my arm on the comfy cushion and smile. The color and style looks good (especially when I'm wearing a sleeveless shirt, as I am wont to do) and it really takes a load off my sore shoulder. I guess I should maybe do some targeted shoulder exercises at some point. But I'm just too busy focusing on my arm! Every time I do "leg day" I lose a bit of arm mass! AND I CAN'T AFFORD TO LOSE ANY!!!
Hmm... maybe if I got a small unicycle to support my elbow I could go up another inch or two...
